Today we stumbled upon a helmet size conversion chart which we think will be helpful for some folks and wanted to share it: Helmet Size Conversion Chart on Up North Sports
They have sizings for three different manufacturers of the helmet (HJC, Bell and KLIM) as sizes do vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. For example, a “Small” for Bell is not the same circumference as a “Small” for KLIM. These are based off of measuring the circumference of your head. But what is the proper way to measure for that?
Luckily KJ Motor Sports came up with a guide that has detailed instructions on how to measure your head for your helmet. Flexible tape (also known as tailor’s tape) is highly recommended to do this measurement. Fortunately this tape can be found at a very low cost.
